Uniform
School Uniform
We encourage children to wear school uniform as we feel that it helps to give the children a sense of community. The school colours are red with black or grey. Most children wear a red sweatshirt/cardigan or fleece with a school badge embroidered on the front together with black or grey trousers, skirts or pinafores.
Items with the school badge on are available to order from the school website, along with polo shirts, cardigans and PE shirts. However, the children do not have to wear garments with the school logo on, plain poloshirts, jumpers, cardigans etc. can be plain red.
We encourage school appropriate black shoes in school. Long hair must be tied back at all times, especially for PE and we ask that suitable hair ties/ribbons/scrunchies etc. are used. For safety and hygiene in PE lessons, children need a T-shirt and shorts to change into. All pupils should also have a pair of plimsolls/trainers available. Children will also need a track suit or other items of warm clothing suitable for outdoor PE lessons during winter months. In summer, a swimsuit and a towel will be needed.
